WANANCHI ONLINE LIMITED UNSOLICITED BULK EMAIL POLICY

Wananchi Online Ltd. ("WOL") does not authorize the use of its proprietary computers and computer networks to transmit or distribute unsolicited bulk e-mail. It is particularly forbidden to transmit any e-mail including false or misleading header information or other means of deceptive addressing (From,To).

It is also strictly prohibited to transmit electronic mail that is relayed from any third party's mail servers without the permission of that third party, or which employs similar techniques to hide or obscure the source of the e-mail.
WOL does not authorize anyone to send e-mail to the WOL Network that violates WOL's Acceptable Use Policy.

WOL reserves the right to take all legal and technical steps available to prevent unsolicited bulk e-mail from transmitting via the WOL Network.

The existing rules include:

rejection of any connection attempt or e-mail originating from address that has been subject of complaint. Every complaint is verified by WOL Mail administrators,
blockage of WOL Mail user account that has been subject of complaint. Every complaint is verified by WOL Mail administrators,
rejection of any transmission originating from IP address registered on selected blacklists compiled by anti-spam organizations,
rejection of any e-mail recognized by WOL AntiSpam System as unsolicited bulk e-mail ,
rejection of any e-mail recognized by WOL AntiVirus System as virus infected,
rejection of any connection or e-mail recognized as part of mail-bombing attack ( mass distribution of unwanted e-mail during short period of time),
rejection of any transmission originating from an incorrectly configured DNS or Reverse DNS server ,
rejection of any e-mail containing false or forged headers.
rejection of any connection which doesn't fulfill SPF (Sender Policy Framework) requirements (http://spf.pobox.com)

Unauthorized use of the WOL Network in connection with the transmission of unsolicited bulk e-mail may result in civil and criminal penalties against the sender.
