VoIP – On-NET

VoIP offers the ability to make low-cost calls both Nationally and Internationally and is FREE to any other On-NET customer! On-Net is an affordable and easy-to-use broadband telephone service. Designed mainly with business customers on the African continent in mind, On-Net allows anyone with broadband (high-speed / always on) Internet access to use their regular phone/PABX to make HUGE savings on all outbound international calls. For a low monthly $4.99 fee, businesses customers can sign onto On-Net and start saving on calls from the first day; at the same time get great features thrown in!

Equipment costs:

Sipura ATA - $175 + VAT, includes $5 of free start up calls.

(Comes with installation manual – Wananchi Online setup costs are 1,500 + VAT)

Monthly Charges:

Monthly Line charge - $4.99 + VAT

This will be deducted from existing active accounts calling credit on the 15 th of every month.

Usage:

Calls are per minute rounded up to the nearest minute and are in United State Dollars and Cents and are INCLUSIVE of VAT and are debited from the Account credit at the end of the call.

Eg. calls to the US = $0.116 or $0.10 + VAT

Calls to UK landlines = $0.116 inclusive of VAT

Calls to India landlines = $0.3668 inclusive of VAT or $0.3162 + VAT

Payment:

Accounts are topped up online using Vouchers purchased from ISP Kenya or one of our Resellers. The vouchers come in values of $25, $50 and $100 USD. For larger deposits customers can come to ISP Kenya direct, with payment, and we will apply it direct to their account. This will only apply to large deposits, eg. $500 or more.

Customers can purchase vouchers either in USD or KShs (at XR of 80KShs to 1 USD). All purchases are strictly cash or current cheques. Any bounced cheques will result in immediate deactivation of the customers account and/or vouchers and it won't be reactivated until full balance and process charges of the bounced cheque are cleared.

Requirements:

Minimum of 32k Leased Line. Recommended 64k or 128k leased Line and above.

Clean network. Use of Kazaa, Emule , DC++ and other download and P2P applications, Spyware and viruses will cause poor voice performance and we take no responsibility for this as the service is dependant on clean bandwidth.

Call from one On-NET device to another On-NET device are FREE.

The On-NET device integrates seamlessly with any PABX or stand alone device and has the possibility of two lines operating at once. For more than two lines simply purchase a second On-NET device.
